Participation and Competition Regulations

By registering for the Wengen evening run, you automatically agree to our event regulations.

1. General

These participation and competition rules form an integral part of the contract between the Organiser and the runner. These participation and competition rules also apply when registering other or additional persons (third parties). The Organiser assumes that these third parties have given the person registering authorisation to register. When underage runners are registered by third parties, the Organiser assumes that the consent of the legal guardians has been obtained.

2. Data protection

The use of personal data is governed by the applicable data protection declaration. The runner undertakes to provide the organiser with the personal data of third parties only if they, or their legal representatives, are aware of the applicable data protection declaration and are entitled to do so under the applicable data protection law. The organiser may at any time request the runner to prove the existence of these conditions – in particular the consent of the third parties – within a specified period and may otherwise withdraw from all contracts without further ado.

The photos and film recordings made in connection with our running event may be used without compensation claims on TV, the Internet, in our own advertising material, magazines and books (print media).
